WIN 1 MINUTE OF FREE SHOPPING

1. These conditions apply to the 1 minute free shopping prize (hereinafter referred to as: the “Prize”) of Homi Makelaars Twente (hereinafter referred to as: “the Organizer”).
2. The Organizer and the participants are bound by the content and provisions of these conditions.
3. Accepting the Prize means agreeing to these promotional terms and conditions.
4. This Prize is part of the promotion that runs until March 31, 2023.
5. There is 1 prize to be won in the form of 1 minute of free shopping at Jumbo Lochan.
   The following rules apply:
   1. The prize of 1 minute of free shopping can only be claimed by the prize winner.
   2. The 1 minute free shopping may only be carried out by 1 person.
      The prize winner or person may not be assisted by third parties.
   3. The store where the free shopping will take place is Jumbo Lochan in Enschede.
   4. The exact date and time will be determined in consultation.
   5. The prize is exchangeable for cash. If the prize winner renounces the “1 minute shopping” prize, the prize will be converted into a cash amount of €75.00 instead. The “1 minute shopping” price will therefore no longer apply.
   6. During free shopping, the prize winner must use shopping carts advertised by Homi.
   7. Winner gives permission for video and photo recording of the 1 minute free shopping.
   8. You may use 1 cart full is full!
   9. The minute of free shopping starts at the entrance of the store at the turnstile signs
      a shopping cart in hand.
   10. You can then continue shopping along a route to be determined by the participant.
   11. The prize winner gets to keep all the groceries they managed to stack in their shopping cart.
   12. Additional shopping baskets, bags, etc. that are attached to the shopping cart may not be used.
   13. Everything must remain in, on or under the shopping cart under its own power, i.e. without the help of the prize winner or someone else.
   14. The use of rope, tape, elastic and other aids is not permitted.
   15. You may take 1 copy per product, the EAN code on the item is for this purpose
   16. During the minute of free shopping, the following items are allowed: laws
       not be taken; tobacco, medicines, books, telephone cards,
       infant formula and items sold at the service counter
       such as stamps, lottery tickets, scratch cards and gift vouchers.
6. All products that meet the conditions and are placed in the shopping cart within 1 minute become the property of the prize winner.
   If the amount of €300 is exceeded, the winner may choose the products within the amount of €300.
7. The results are not open to discussion.
8. Organizer is not responsible or liable for any additional expenses and/or travel costs that the winners may incur in connection with the participation in this competition and with the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
9. The Organizer is not responsible or liable for defects in the prizes to be provided by it. The Organizer does not provide any guarantees on the prizes to be awarded by it.
10. Prize winner is responsible for the orderly collection of the won products. The store must remain presentable without everything being muddled.
